The two biggest problems people seem to be having with the Hyundai Genesis are:
1. It’s a Hyundai
2. The pseudo-Maybach’esque grille
AutoWeek reports that two different grilles were being showcased in Detroit. The variant looks quite a bit better, but now it is pseudo-Lexus IS’esque. I am a big fan of the second grille and the general public will also probably prefer it over the Maybach front-end.
The Genesis, was also the answer to our name the interior, some stumbled around and other’s claimed it was too easy. Regardless, it’s a pretty good looking interior for a sub $30k car.
What do you guys think of the new grille treatment?

Personally I like the first one better. I think more people are inclined to buy and drive Hyundai’s if their friends can’t tell they drive a Hyundai. So no emblem FTW.

I think they’ll sell more if they keep thier logo out of the grille. They both look good to me though.

I actually liked the first one. The new one just looks cheap.

I’m on board - no one wants to admit they drive a Hyundai. Keep the logo away and sales will increase. Would you want to tell *your* friends that you’re rockin a Hyundai?
