Who says the current generation of college students aren’t ambitious?  Young Jim is looking to round out some journalism experience and gain some insight in the lovely field of automotive blogging.  He figured it will help him in the pursuit of his current degree and even further as he looks towards graduate school.

He will help lean out the Import (Euro and Asian) bias that we sometimes have at c|g, by focusing most of his time on domestic commentary.

Jim is hailing from Greeley Colorado. A fan of the American musclecar since he saw his first burnout. He has worked as a volunteer restorer and preservationist at the Forney Transportation Museum in Denver, as well as assisting in an autocross buildup. His aspirational goals are to one day work for Ford as a PR rep.  Hopefully, they are still around upon his graduation.  ;)

Welcome to culture|garage, Jim!

  1. It’s a glamorous lifestyle, I’m not going to lie. Money, women, fame… someday I hope to have access to those things.

  2. Welcome young buck!

  3. Welcome, Jim!

I’ve been meaning to get out to Forney for awhile to get a closer gander at the awesome Jurassic Park replica Jeep, though I’m sure I’ll meet up with the owner IRL before long.

  4. Thanks, fellas. I look forward to gaining some experience here, and learning from all of you.

  5. Hey Jim,

I grew up in Greeley. Most of my friends and family still live there. It’s good to have another Coloradoan here. Welcome!
