Like any good Mopar product, the Challenger has a leak. Dripping out are these new shots of the 2009 Dodge Challenger’s interior. Featured in the photos are the Challenger’s gauges, console, dash and wheel, as well as the shifter for the optional automatic transmission.

Seating is also featured, showcasing the presumably color-keyed panels that Mopar has bestowed upon them. The wheel is yanked right outta the Charger, while the gauges offer blue illumination for driving in low-light conditions. It appears that the HVAC controls are garden variety plastic pieces, and black plastic vents blend with dash panels of similar appearance.
Izzit your kind of interior? Let us know!

*yawn* the seats look neat, but the rest of it is just blah. I suppose that is to be expected with a Mopar product though at this point.

Very very disappointing in comparison to the concept.

blah. polished turd…i mean charger. i drove a charger recently. it sucked. i hated the interior, the accessory placements were confusing, and i kept hitting the damn cruise control lever instead of the turn signal.
and why on earth can’t American cars come with lights that shut off when you turn off the car?

yeah all that blue illumination is good for is negatively affecting your night vision when driving in low light conditions.
red lighting > all –when will people learn? Mazda grasped the concept pretty well
they offer blue accent lighting (LEDs that just point at the gauge faces to give them a weird glow) that can be turned off separately from the gauge illumination.
I really like the seats, especially with the color-keyed stripe, but the rest of the interior looks mega bland.
