Do you have to be lazy to use these? Not at all.

They were developed for fighter pilots who have no alternative during a flight.

there are guys that do the iron butt rally (coast to coast motorcycle “non”race), that just slide a hose up there pant legs, with basically a funnel at the top. They just let it flow without hesitation…
