America beats Germany. GM sighs in relief.
Consumer Reports, which ranks things with colored circles, has declared the Cadillac CTS victor over its German rivals. The magazine gave the CTS a higher ranking than the BMW 328 and the Mercedes-Benz C300, in their list of upscale sports sedans. Further, the CTS receivde an overall, "excellent" rating. While the krauts only pulled a "very good."
But alas, the Japanese dropped the bomb, the Infiniti G35 and the Acura TL took first and second.
