Ford Aerostar’amino
These were submitted by our reader Trev, from America's hat, Canada. He spotted this superbly done Ford Aerostar in the local Costco parking lot, on his way to buy bulk milk in bags (it's a Canada thing) and buckets of subsidized prescription drugs. 
This is an extremely well done Aerostar to El Camino conversion. Jalopnik is going to be soooo pissed that we beat them to this.

The roof-mounted spoiler is a nice touch. Really gives it that late-80’s, early-90’s look.
