4 CommentsBart found these, who knows where, I am sure he ripped them off. So, if you took these photos, shoot me an email and I will credit you. What you are seeing here, is #1 of 20 Reventon. It’s coming from VW’s Lambroghini’s plant in Mexico Italy and being delivered to Lambo of Las Vegas. Judging by the cargo shorts and the dark socks, there also appears to be a Canadian present at the delivery.

This one is for Leigh, a contributor and photographer who joined me at NYIAS, she stood and drooled over the modest Spyker display.
Anyways, Emil, from autogespot sent this through thinking it might be of interest to our American readers. Apparently the Aileron is powered by an Audi-sourced 400hp engine. As you can see this “spy shot” is more a shot of a test mule. The car has the C8 front end, but the ass-end just looks all sorts of messed up.
Anyone here a fan of the Spykers? I like them, but I was never a huge fan of them. For the $200,000+ price point I can think of a lot of other things I would like to buy…namely a Nissan GTR, a Cayenne GTS and an 08 STI, the remaining $14,000 I would just put in the bank.

Hmmmm. Remember that Lancia Delta you probably got stuck with at one point while playing Gran Turismo? Remember how bull-dogged it looked? Remember how the hips flared out and the quad headlights glared at you?
Now take all of those memories and crush them up. Because now the Lancia Delta is all dressed up. The designers went all Queer Eye for the Straight Guy on this car. I am not saying I dislike the new Delta, it looks pretty cool. It’s just weird to see the name Delta associated with it.
Plenty more pictures on the French site, autogespot. Thanks for the tip, Emil!

First off-let it be known that I’m not usually one to report what Jalopnik has before, but in this case, I think it’s warranted- the European-spec Ford Focus will be coming to America. If this is any sign, Ford has listened to enthusiasts and those in the know and thrown corporate politics to the wind, in order to bring a quality vehicle to market. Bravo, Ford- full story at Jalopnik.

So I finally got around to getting my lazy butt to resize photos and prep videos for this post, which means the rest of my “b” roll can be seen by you, my beloved readers. The content is pretty much strictly American this (final) time around, save for one last photo of the Scion booth. Lotsa media after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »

So in case you didn’t get your fill of Denver Auto show last week, I’ll be posting my “b” roll this week, divided into loosely defined categories. Today the makes of the Germanic persuasion get their day in the sun. Oh, and I’m obviously not…how you say…a professional photographer, so don’t set your hopes up too high. More pictures after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »

Romeo, Mi.- Forum member sharabi over at the Team Shelby forums has posted the most recent shots of a 2010 Mustang to date. The pictures clearly show a sculpted “shoulder” and a defined “c” scoop along the side of the car. Obviously, speculation about the car is all there really is to go on, but these shots are even closer than the Priddy folks could get. More pictures after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »

The Denver Auto Show is one of a few events for gearheads that arrive in the relatively snowbound, largely outdoorsey state of Colorado. Typically, conventions such as outdoor expositions, camping shows and Democratic powwows rule the calendar, but the Auto show provides a nice (and much needed) respite for the more “vehicularly-inclined” residents of the state. Tons of coverage after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »
