It was recently found that in a study based on sales data, white is the most popular color for vehicles in the U.S., beating out former frontrunner, silver, for the title. This begs the question: What’s the color you prefer on your vehicle? Read the rest of this entry »

You think you are a good driver? Check out this guy. He moves around this course like he’s driving a hovercraft on butter. Finally, someone who could probably give the Stig a run for his money. More info after the jump.

Some of you may deduce that I am Canadian after reading my auto reviews what with words like centre or colour and the use of kilograms and centimetres (fyi…2.5cm = 1 inch). So inevitably, there will be an article on winter tires. After all, almost half of the year our land is spent in winter-like conditions. Did you know that recently a new legislation for mandatory winter tires has just passed for all motorist in the Province (no it’s not called state) of Quebec. Although the new NBC series (on the tube at the moment) Knight Rider is an obvious PR ploy, it is quite good, considering how low my personal (and no doubt our collective) bars were set for this show. The car is better than expected, the show’s agenda, though conservative, doesn’t beat around the bush, especially when it comes to the war, gasoline, and even faith. Yes, faith. Expect more coverage in the A.M., along with NHRA and (God forbid!) NASCAR roundup.
Enjoy the show!

Baller. This Hummer Blindado is pimped out by Security Pro USA (fyi, they are currently running their “Big Sale” and have great prices on stun guns and katana swords) and comes in a variety of bullet proof versions. This one was spotted in Moscow (more pictures after the jump).
It’s technically classified as a limo. But realistically classified as ridiculous.
