Bandimere Speedway, Morrison, Co- Bandimere is the bane of crewchiefs and drivers alike, as the air is thin and the competition closer there than at other tracks. Downforce is hard to come by, and tuning nitro motors is a nightmare at altitude- all factors that will make for some excellent racing in the rocky mountain region, July 11-13. Hope you haven’t forgot about our Reader Photo Gallery (look to the left side of the page). Ricky Flores has had a few other pictures featured on c|g and it looks like he has some new ones up. Loveland, Co- A strong wind whips out to the East here, where trees are sparse and livestock outnumber people. Just West of Greeley, Colorado, the Budweiser Events Center is home to stock shows, rodeos and other agriculturally-related events. For one weekend during every summer, however, one of the largest car shows in the Rocky Mountain region takes place here- the Goodguys Colorado Nationals. C|G paid a visit to this year’s event- and it was well worth the trip. Read the rest of this entry »

Hey- thanks for reading. Really! Now, as Chris has explained before, this site is fueled by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts, but we all have lives and jobs that sometimes preclude writing every day- heck, sometimes, every week. That’s why we love that you read and comment on our material- whether those comments be positive or negative. This week’s question has it’s focus squarely on you, our readership, and what you do when you aren’t glued to c|g. Read the rest of this entry »
